Returns
Customers might return any item within 14 days with a money-back guarantee after received. If 14 days have gone by since your receiving date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Now of course that does not include custom boots or gear. Once we customize any item with your name or brand, we can’t sell it to anyone but you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase ( attached copy of the purchase email would also work).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Customized items
Only regular items may be refunded, unfortunately, customized items cannot be refunded. Once we customize any item with your name or brand, we can’t sell it to anyone but you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only scenario when Tambo Nuevo Polo (Minami International ,LLC) will cover the return shipping is if you have received a damaged or different item than what you have ordered
